Mr. XX first visited our factory in 2025. During that visit, he learned more about the product, production process, and our manufacturing capabilities. After the visit and further discussions, he was satisfied with the product and our factory, and both sides reached an agreement to move forward with the project. We then started the next steps, including product development and mold manufacturing.
This time, the main purpose of the visit was to review the progress of the project in person. Mr. XX visited our production facilities and checked the mold currently being made for the product. He also inspected the product samples and discussed the details with our team.
After reviewing the mold and samples, Mr. XX was satisfied with the product quality and the progress of the project. The face-to-face discussion also helped both sides confirm several details for the next stage, especially the upcoming order requirements, product specifications, QC standards, and production arrangements.
For customized products, these details are important before moving into mass production. Discussing them directly at the factory allows both sides to confirm the requirements clearly and avoid unnecessary changes later in the production process.
